The Sorcerer room at the Savoy will conjure up delicious memories for the most intimate of gatherings of friends or colleagues. The blood-red walls are topped with creamy vaulted ceilings and decorated with period Victorian prints. In spite of its bijou size and vibrant colour, the ambience is light and spacious. The Sorcerer is right for small family gatherings, intently focussed corporate meetings or entertainment, top-secret presentations, or very select cocktail parties. Highly-starred Maitre Chef des Cuisines Georg Fuchs creates the superb menus, and many choices are available to meet your requirements, from get-down-to-business breakfasts to celebration feasts. Dishes may include starter of warm salad of lemon sole fillet with a tomato and tarragon dip, main course of fillet of lamb in a puff pastry crust with roast potatoes and spinach puree glazed with cheese, followed by pudding of red wine poached pear gratinated with burnt orange ice cream, the Savoy's own blend of coffee and perfect petit fours. The wine cellars at the Savoy are exceptional and the service second to none. The Savoy team are experts in the creation of faultless events.
